creation

at Provianten we create on many levels...

The kitchen is of course an important part of our culinary workshop, and it extends essentially over almost the entire house. The kitchen consists of a visible part where the food is prepared in the end, but we also have many other rooms where raw materials are processed in further processes such as. vinegar production, smoking, salting and curing.

All our baked goods are raised naturally without the use of industrially produced yeast. Instead we invite the microorganisms that exist naturally around us to do the job. This means that our bread stays fresh longer and have better flavor. We also grind the flour ourselves and use only flour, water and salt in our bread.

We make all our beers in our own brews total brewed course for purity law, and contains malt, hops, yeast and water. Which beers we have at any time will vary, but you will always find a good selection of light and dark ale and pilsnere. You can also reserve a table at the brewery, and feel free to combine your meal with a beer tasting and visit of the brewer for a small course in brewing beer.

All our coffee is burnt with us! We buy coffee from around the world and burn it so that the best properties of each coffee bean is released and ends up in the cup. You can buy your coffee home, and get the ground if you want. The world of the complex, in the same manner as wine, and at least as great!
