Provianten is a "culinary workshop" for the senses and a great place to meet. We at Provianten always had a dream to cook in wood-fired ovens and in our restaurant, we want to capture the flavor, smell and atmosphere that our wood burning stove provides.

 

We also make great drinks and we do our own coffee roasting. We make smoothies and other fresh juices. And we brew beer in our brewery.

Here you can taste beer products of high quality.

Classical beers - under and over fermented - and seasonal beers - preferably unpasteurized and unfiltered. For the sake of flavor.

 

Lastly but not least, we have at Provianten our own distillery with the destilling of aquavit schnapps and liquors of various commodities.
